Rip Snortin' - Brian's (a.k.a pimp) 1996 Chevy S-10

Hi, my name is Brian Kopischke and I own a silver 1996 Chevrolet S-10 stepside. I've owned my S-10 since August of 2000.

The engine is a 4.3 liter Vortech with 5 speed transmision (so far).

It's got an after market CD Player with door speakers and sub-woofer box.

I've also put 2500 lbs. Firestone air side suspension system bags in the front and 2600 lbs. Firestone bags in the rear. They are powered by 2 Viair 450c compressors with a 9 gallon pressure tank. The tank feeds 4 dual action electronic valves that lift and lower the truck.

On the outside, I shaved the tailgate... painted the mirrors, windcowl, and front grille... swapped out the standard S-10 front end with a new style S-10 front end. The rims are stock S-10 rims that have been paint stripped, sanded and metal polished.

In future plans for the truck, I hope to replace the air compression system with one that has a lot more umph to it, upgrade the alternator sytem, modify for multiple storage batteries, install a DVD player and flat panel closed circuit TV system in the dash, and shave the doors and antennas.

I also own a red 1998 Chevrolet S-10 stepside.

My red S-10 has a 4 inch drop and 20 inch wheels. It also has an extremely loud train horn installed conveniently under the rear of the bed.

!UPDATE! Body drop on the silver truck is coming along!
